1: Cube and brine the chicken breasts.

2: Mix together the Cali Love spices, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and kosher salt.

3: Cook the glaze by placing butter, brown sugar, honey, hot sauce, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Cook until bubbling on medium heat.

4: Bake the chicken skewers in the oven for 25 minutes at 350°F.

5: Remove from the oven and brush with glaze.

6: Return chicken skewers to the oven for another 8 minutes or until fully cooked.
