cup dijon mustard

Instructions
1: Preheat your oven to 350° F. 2: Pat dry your pork loins. 3: Brush mustard on the front and back of each loin and sprinkle with steak seasoning. 4: Wrap each loin with bacon and secure with a toothpick. 5: Heat an oven-safe skillet to medium-high heat and add EVOO. 6: Sear the pork on one side until slightly golden, then flip it. 7: Place the pork in the oven and cook for 7 minutes. 8: Cook until pork reaches 145°F for medium and 160°F for fully cooked. 9: Remove the pork from the pan and let it rest. 10: In another skillet set to medium heat, add crushed peaches and cook for 1 minute. 11: Add bourbon and cook off the alcohol for about 2 minutes. 12: Add butter, brown sugar, and rosemary.
