What you need

garlic clove

tbsp onion powder

tbsp italian seasoning

cup ricotta cheese
egg

cup white cheddar

cup heavy cream
cup pasta water

tbsp butter

lasagna noodles

cup parmesan

cup spinach
Instructions
1: Season your shrimp with Tony's seasoning, onion powder, and Italian seasonings. 2: In a skillet set to medium heat, add two tablespoons of butter and a drizzle of olive oil. Once melted, add your shrimp and cook until almost pink, about 2 minutes. 3: Right at the end, add your crushed garlic and finish cooking shrimp until garlic is fragrant. 4: Remove your shrimp from the skillet, chop, and set aside. 5: In a small mixing bowl, add ricotta cheese, parmesan or cheddar cheese, egg, spinach, and seasonings. Mix until smooth. 6: To your cooked lasagna noodles, add your ricotta filling and then top with your shrimp to make roll ups. 7: Place them in your baking dish. 8: Create your sauce by adding four tablespoons of butter to a skillet along with your heavy cream and some reserved pasta water. 9: Let your sauce reduce down until there are tight bubbles, then add your cheese and turn off the heat. 10: Spread your cheese sauce all over the top of your lasagna noodles. 11: Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. 12: Remove foil for the last 5 minutes of baking and broil the top until golden brown. 13: Let your lasagna rolls cool before serving.
