cup white cheddar

cup heavy cream

tbsp worcestershire sauce

cup sharp cheddar

oz cream cheese

lb macaroni noodles

tsp black pepper

tsp paprika

tsp ground mustard

can evaporated milk

tsp kosher salt

tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
1: Cook your macaroni noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and toss with a little butter, then set aside. 2: Preheat your oven to 350°F and butter your casserole dish. 3: Layer cheese and cream cheese in the casserole dish. 4: Mix noodles with about 3/4 of the cheese. 5: In a separate bowl, mix together cream, evaporated milk, eggs, and seasonings. 6: Add the milk and egg mixture to the noodles and cheeses, mixing until everything is incorporated. 7: Top the macaroni and cheese with more cheese. 8: Cover with foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly. 9: In the last 5 minutes, uncover to brown the top slightly. 10: Let your macaroni cool before cutting and serving.
