Instructions
1: Preheat your oven to 375° Fahrenheit. 2: Cook your sweet potatoes either in the oven or microwave. 3: Add your sweet potatoes to a bowl and add in the rest of the ingredients. 4: Use an immersion blender or a hand electric mixer to whip the sweet potato pie ingredients. 5: Add your filling to a prepared pie shell. 6: Use a crust guard to help protect the crust from getting too brown. 7: Bake for 30 minutes or until the sweet potato is puffy and does not jiggle in the middle. 8: Remove your pie from the oven and let it cool before serving. 9: You can eat this pie hot or cold.
