Instructions
1: Cook the Rotini according to package instructions; drain and set aside. 2: In a large skillet, heat Evoo over medium heat. Add Italian sausage and ground chicken, cooking until browned. 3: Add the chopped bell peppers, onion, spinach, Portobello mushrooms, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until vegetables are tender. 4: Stir in the Vodka sauce and cooked Rotini.
