lb salmon fillet

cup cabbage
tsp fresh garlic

avocado

taco shells

cup bbq sauce
Instructions
0 Heat oven to 350 F. 1 In a freezer bag add salmon filet, yuzu sauce, lemon grass, garlic and green onions. 2 Seal and let salmon marinate for 30 min-24 hrs. In the refrigerator. 3 Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. 4 Bake marinated Salmon at 350 F. in the oven for 20 minutes. 5 Remove salmon from the oven, and pull apart with a fork. 6 Warm each tortilla on the skillet for 30 sec. per side. 7 Build your taco by adding salmon, cabbage, yuzu BBQ sauce.
