lb italian sausage

tbsp butter

tsp paprika

tbsp italian seasoning

cup chicken broth

tbsp onion powder

tsp avocado oil

cup diced ham

tsp kosher salt
cup potato

white onion
bunch kale

cup half & half
Instructions
1: To a heavy bottom pot set to medium high heat, add oil. 2: Once your oil is hot, add in your diced ham and sauté until caramelized, then remove from the pot. 3: Add in your Italian sausage, breaking apart and crumbling until browned, then remove from the pot. 4: Add butter to the pot, followed by the onions, sautéing until translucent. 5: Add in your seasonings, spices, and potatoes, mixing everything together well. 6: Add in your chicken broth and cover, simmering until potatoes are fork tender. 7: Once fork tender, add in your cream or half and half, meat, and kale. 8: Let simmer for another 10 minutes until the kale has softened. 9: Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
